Software subscription
Nyxra AI provides trading software and automation tools. The subscription pays for access to the software. It does not create an investment advisory relationship, brokerage relationship, custody relationship, or managed account relationship.
Your exchange account
You are responsible for your Binance account, API permissions, regional eligibility, tax obligations, and trading decisions. Nyxra connects through permissions you authorize and does not request withdrawal access.
Availability
Automated systems can be interrupted by exchange outages, network issues, market conditions, maintenance, or software errors. You should monitor your account and keep your own access to manage open positions.
Cancellation
You may pause automation, delete your exchange API key, or cancel renewal at any time. Deleting an API key prevents Nyxra from placing additional orders through that key.
